Founder Story

For over two decades, my professional journey has been guided by one ambition: to relentlessly accelerate value creation for customers and translate that into business value.

My journey is rich with deep learnings from both the corporate and startup worlds as well as from my life as an athlete. I've been a firsthand observer and architect of countless business and cultural transformations—experiencing both significant failures and notable successes.

One of the key take-aways: in times of extreme business uncertainty, success is enabled by an organization's ability to rapidly adapt to the real world conditions and achieve "capability-ambition fit." This means fostering a "high performance learning culture" and adopting the right skills "just-in-time" to ensure the organization learns faster, more effectively and more evidence-based than the competition.

Recognizing that my experience, approach and mindset resonated with many professionals, I founded Transform 83. Our purpose is clear: empowering corporations, ventures, and individuals to relentlessly accelerate value creation for customers, communities, the business, and investors.

Today, my mission is to fully dedicate my experience and learnings, combined with the extraordinary expertise of my partners, to accelerate value creation for you and your business!
