Corporate Innovation Transformation
While most organizations have established innovation processes, our experience has been that too many of those do not deliver the desired business results. We have extensive experience in corporate innovation frameworks, processes, methods and the unrealistic expectations from those processes and methods. Based on over 20 years experience with change management and innovation transformation initiatives, we translated learnings into an adaptive innovation transformation blueprint for corporations. We don’t throw fancy innovation processes and methods over the fence or copy methods and best practices from today’s most innovative companies and then walk away (that’s what our competitors do). We don’t believe in success from “plug & play innovation methods” - that assumption is a recipe for failure and waste of human and financial capital.
